Sibenik Riviera
The "Rivera of Sibenik" or "Pearl on the Adriatic", as Primošten is popularly known, can be reached in about 35 minutes from Split Airport. The idyllic town in southern Croatia enchants visitors with its traditional stone houses and countless small streets with lovingly furnished restaurants. As a protection against pirates, Primošten used to be accessible only via a drawbridge. Around the romantic old town there are pebble beaches, rocky beach sections and hidden bays, such as Velika Raduca, the most popular beach in Primošten. On the other hand, those who prefer the raw beauty of nature will find what they are looking for on Garbina Beach, a mixture of rocky and pebbly beach. Would you like to go swimming with the locals? The gently sloping Porat beach is very popular among Primošten residents and is very much liked by families.
Do you love something special? Then you must not miss a trip to one of the seven offshore islands with secluded bays, which can be reached within a few minutes by boat.
